Return & Exchange

Requests for return and exchange shall be allowed for the following reasons:

  1. If the actual product you received is different from the order you placed;
  2. If the product you received is near expiry (one month before expiry date) or expired; and
  3. If the product delivered is damaged.

How to request for return and exchange:

Step 1: Make sure that the reason for your request is valid and included in one of the allowable reasons stated above. Request for return and exchange will only be entertained within seven (7) days after you received your orders.

Step 2: Take a photo of the product you wish to return as well as its corresponding invoice or receipt.

Step 3: Send an email to with the Subject: "Request for Return and Exchange Order No. XXXX" (Example: Request for Return and Exchange Order No. 1007). Write a short message containing the reason for your request. Attach the photos of the product and invoice/receipt you took in Step 2.

Step 4: Upon receipt of your email, we will review your request within 2 to 3 working days. We will send you an email after we verify the validity of your request.

Step 5: After we verify your request, you may now send back to us the product together with the invoice. Please ensure that the item is complete and in good condition before sending them over.

We will generate for you a store credit or discount code for the cost of shipping you incurred in returning the product, which you can use on your next online purchase.

Step 6: After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality evaluation process that could last for two (2) days after receipt. Your request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Step 7: We will inform you through email once your request has been approved.

Step 8: Your replacement item will be sent to the same shipping address where the returned product was first delivered.


Our company reserves the right to reject any request for return and exchange if the product is already used or incomplete or the damage was a result of mishandling by the customer. We shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the customer for the stated reasons.

Requests for return and exchange will only be allowed once for each order.

We currently do not offer refunds for any returned products.
